Against All Odds
The Lizards
With each album, the band gets more adventurous and sophisticated with their songwriting and playing. After touring with them for 6 weeks, Glenn Hughes comes to New York and spends a week with the band recording 5 songs with them, four of which end up on Against All Odds. An all-star horn section and beautiful strings add texture and class to the record. They get another great review in Classic Rock… the only critique is the album is “Too long”… too much of a good thing.
