The Funky Knights: The Beginning

Randy was putting together a potential Kill Me reunion and I was invited to play. The first rehearsal was at the music building in NYC. As William Olland entered the room, we were introduced and he quickly asked me for a cigarette. “Who the hell are you to ask ME for a cigarette?” I immediately responded feeling an instant connection with the man and his sense of humor. The rehearsal was scantily attended and the Kill Me reunion was not to be BUT it was the spark that started what was to become a raging inferno of funky x-rated glee.
