Please allow me to introduce myself, I’m a man of wea… uhhhh… tas… well, hey! I’m Patrick Klein and I have been a passenger and a pilot on the Hyperspace Records interstellar shuttle since 1997. I received my first invitation to the studio when I got a phone call from Randy asking, no TELLING me I was going to be recording some old rock stars. That first session was with Vince Martell from seminal psychedelic 60’s rockers Vanilla Fudge. It would start an entirely new chapter of my musical journey that continues to this day.
Randy and I would go on to form the progressive/classic/jamalambambam rock band The Lizards. But before that would happen, a whole lotta other crazy shit had to unfold and a million recording sessions had to go down with other artists on the roster. The studio had some real cool cats. No, not just hip musicians… I mean CATS. But we will get to that later.
I am honored to be a part of the journey and I look forward to sharing some of those experiences here and dishing the juicy inside scoop of Hyperspace Records!
